Job Description

Part time experienced freelance book-keeper required for a vehicle bodyshop in Kingston Upon Thames, 2 half days a week.

Local candidates preferred.

Part time, experienced book-keeper for a vehicle bodyshop, preferably with experience in using QuickBooks. A good command of the English language is a must, along with attention to detail and office administration experience.

Minimum 5 years book keeping experience is required, preferably in the motor trade or retail industry. Hours and salary are negotiable.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Raising estimates and invoices for customers and insurance companies
  • Recording/posting credit card/cash/cheque receipts
  • Posting supplier invoices and raising monthly cheques/online payments
  • Cash book
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Quarterly VAT returns

Other duties:

  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Answering the phone
  • Responding to customer queries
