Job Description

This role will be remotely based for the whole of the 4 month period.

• Responsible for all month end tasks relating to the income generation segment in order to produce timely and accurate management accounts
• Posting of monthly sales revenue in line with lease and royalty information
• Review of monthly spend and posting accruals and prepayments
• Producing monthly reports;
   
  • Development spend
  • P&Ls
• Key liaison with external clients to ensure accurate reporting of costs and revenues
• Balance Sheet reconciliations for Income Generation side of business ready for review by Group Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner and External reporting team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified or qualified by experience Accountant with strong management accounts experience Strong attention to detail whilst processing large volumes of transactions, and reporting of monthly results and variance analysis Time keeping/ meeting deadlines Good level of excel competency, in manipulating data.
