A day in the life of a Credit Controller at phs will involve;
The collection of aged debt over 35-days
Pro-actively contacting customer with debts that are pre-due
Using our predictive dial system to efficiently contact our clients
Responding to any customer contact in order to resolve any queries
Liaising with colleagues to discuss, support and share knowledge on a regular basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Some credit management experience An ability to be Customer Focused Be organised, assertive with great communication skills An ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
