Job Description

A PA/Secretary is required for a manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This role is a full time and permanent position.

The main duties of the PA/Secretary include:

  • Daily assistance to the company director and management
  • Customer service; creating quotes and chasing payments
  • Managing management diaries and appointment arranging
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff members
  • Administration; preparing reports
  • Customer data management
  • You will have excellent IT skills

In addition to the above duties, the successful PA/Secretary will also carry out general administrative and support management duties.

  • Salary - £25000
  • Full time position - Monday to Friday role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a PA or Secretary position, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
