Job Description
A PA/Secretary is required for a manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This role is a full time and permanent position.
The main duties of the PA/Secretary include:
- Daily assistance to the company director and management
- Customer service; creating quotes and chasing payments
- Managing management diaries and appointment arranging
- Minute taking in meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff members
- Administration; preparing reports
- Customer data management
- You will have excellent IT skills
In addition to the above duties, the successful PA/Secretary will also carry out general administrative and support management duties.

- Full time position - Monday to Friday role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a PA or Secretary position, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
