Job Description
  • Following the file closure process to ensure matters are closed and archived in line with compliance requirements and the Excel quality standard
  • Assisting the Risk and Compliance Team with general administration
  • Any other reasonable duty, as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A reasonable level of academic competence usually through GCSE pass grades (C or above) in English, Math and IT. Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail. Basic IT skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook and be eager and willing to develop skills in other IT systems such as Excel and presentation packages. A confident and assured manner with the willingness to develop skills as required. Commitment to keeping all matters confidential. Good motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines. Ability to perform duties on a continual basis to a consistently high standard.
