Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide administration support to the Support Relationship Coordinators, Financial Consultants, Field Support team and Inbound Callers taking ownership of the tasks and following through to completion.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You have strong administration skills. You will handle incoming client calls to support the appointment booking process. You have Excellent attention to detail. You have an excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail even when working under pressure. You are very Customer Service focused. You have a good understanding of Excel and Word.
