Job Description

This is a FTC contract for 4 months, but could be long term for the right candidate. You will be required to commute to the Birmingham office when it re-opens. To succeed in this Pensions Administration Assistant job, you will be an Administrator supporting a financial services team such as Pensions, Investments or Insurance. You do not require any technical knowledge, just an understanding of Financial Services processes.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

  • Answering calls from customers in relation to pensions queries
  • Updating the database with customer information
  • Supporting the pensions team with non-technical queries and all aspects of administration
  • Mailbox management responding to emails
  • Ensuring procedures are followed and all conversations are recorded and fully compliant

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Financial services administration experience. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Proficiency in IT with database management experience.
