This is a FTC contract for 4 months, but could be long term for the right candidate. You will be required to commute to the Birmingham office when it re-opens. To succeed in this Pensions Administration Assistant job, you will be an Administrator supporting a financial services team such as Pensions, Investments or Insurance. You do not require any technical knowledge, just an understanding of Financial Services processes.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Answering calls from customers in relation to pensions queries
Updating the database with customer information
Supporting the pensions team with non-technical queries and all aspects of administration
Mailbox management responding to emails
Ensuring procedures are followed and all conversations are recorded and fully compliant
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Financial services administration experience. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Proficiency in IT with database management experience.
