Job Description

As Management Accountant you will report directly into the Finance Manager, assisting them with delegating tasks to the team and supporting them primarily with leading and reporting on cost control.
You will have responsibility for monthly management accounts including responsibility for the balance sheet. Furthermore you will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis and will provide ongoing financial and commercial support (and appropriate challenge where necessary) to the heads of departments, building effective and robust relationships with key senior stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant with experience of working in a similar role. Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, however not essential. You will be passionate, ambitious and resilient with the drive to succeed in this role and will be hungry for continued career progression. You will be a commercially astute individual and be comfortable working in a demanding and challenging environment leading from the front.
