Job Description

As an Underwriting and Claims Support Administrator you will provide administrative support for the underwriting and claims teams both in the London and European offices ensuring the submissions and claims data is accurately recorded and ensuring that they are able to carry out their job in a timely fashion.

You will also provide supports in maintaining efficient underwriting processes and providing customer service to clients ensuring that KPI’s are met and a first class level of service is received by all clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered you must be able to display a good level of administration experience ideally within an insurance setting showing good attention to detail and accuracy as well as being numerate. You must be confident in working with large volumes of data both in a team environment and also independently. It is essential that you have experience of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
