The role itself is a great role and the overall purpose of this role is to provide general administration and co-ordination to change programme and project support tools to ensure that all standards and methods are aligned to best practice.
Other duties will include:
Managing a central inbox
Screening calls, taking messages and signposting correctly
Analyzing Data, reporting on trends
Using Excel on a daily basis
Going through documentation, extracting relevant information.
Deliver short term one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have some experience of analytical work and ideally some experience working within professional office based setting. Being proficient in MS Office is essential, particularly Excel and so is the ability to be accurate and show attention to detail. More important is having the most positive attitude and the ability to work hard.
