Job Description

The business is growing, and the continued success of the organisation has resulted in the need for an additional member of an already established Finance team. The position will provide Management Accounts and preparation of statutory accounts for a key investor. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for specific assets.
• Assist in the preparation of forecasts.
• Monitor and report on cash flow.
• Play a lead role in the finance teams intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in audit request and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Prepare tax returns, such as VAT reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be studying towards an accounting qualification and will have a demonstrable track record of working in a real estate environment. Previous experience working for a student accommodation provider, or a fund manager, would be advantageous.
