My client is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join their IT team, someone who will administer, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions on ServiceNow.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and help to design a solution within ServiceNow, utilising as much out-of-the-box functionality as possible.
- Design solution within ServiceNow
- Run workshops to understand business requirements
- Liaise with technology teams and third party vendors throughout development, testing, and implemementation of solutions on ServiceNow
- Administration and maintenance of ServiceNow from user admin to system upgrades
- Manage BAU incidents
Understand various methodologies (Agile, ITIL, Prince2, SDLC)
- Proven negotiation skills
- Proven prioritisation skills
- Proven problem solving skills
- Demonstrable in showing initiative with the ability to lead changes to process and tools
- Clear communication and comfortable in presentations and workshops
