Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Section Leader to join our ever expanding business.
As a Goods in Admin Supervisor the role will involve;
- Ensure all Goods Inwards deliveries are arrived into AX same day
- Raise debit notes within 24hrs of processing
- Update outstanding "Registered Lines" within 48hrs of processing
- Liaise with head office accounts for investigating invoice queries and respond within 24hrs
- Ensure damages/wrong part/obsolete/superseded lines are communicated to the supplier within 24hrs of processing.
- Maintain the Goods-In Admin training documents and ensure administrators are trained every 6 months.
- Identify any create new training documents for processes not covered by a training document.
- Communicate any supplier issues to Supply Chain and respond to any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist the Management team with any BS & OHSAS audits.
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis as required
- Support the Site Management team in ensuring a safe workplace so far as is reasonably practicable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within a warehouse environment at team leader/supervisor level. Professional approach. Positive, flexible, proactive, "can do" attitude. Service driven, target inspired and motivated. Ability to meet deadlines. Team player. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to problem solve. A background within FMCG.Experience in using Microsoft AX Dynamics.
