Job Description

We are keen to work around the successful candidate by way of working patterns that work for both the candidate and the business.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of advisors, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and introducers.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience in either Financial Services or an Estate Agency environment.

Competitive base salary of £21,000 - £23,000 DOE negotiable Inc. bonus paid quarterly

Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
  • Point of contact for introducers
  • Book client appointments
  • Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 1 year’s mortgage administration experience. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative.
