Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and reporting of periodic management accounts with appropriate commentary where required.
- To ensure balance sheets and cash flows are accurate and reconciled.
- To provide appropriate additional analyses to support the accounts and any ad hoc analysis as required.
- To co-ordinate sales, purchase, cashbook and payroll ledgers to ensure timely and accurate closures each period.
- To assist in completion accounting following acquisitions.
- Represent the finance team with Home and Operations management teams on all finance matters including variances to budget on a periodic basis.
- To assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- To assist the finance function on all commercial matters including the completion of tenders, insurance and contracts.
