Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the role of Senior Management Accountant to work with a manufacturing business based in North Birmingham.

Duties of the role will include:

• Management of cost and inventory accounting
• Managing a small team
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting of inventory levels, costs of goods sold and overheads
• Ensure compliance with internal controls related to inventory and cost accounting
• Month end close, journals, reconciliation and analysis
• Preparation of standards
• Stock take management
• Tax management
• Ad hoc group queries
