Skills needed for this role: Analytical and logical problem solving skills A good business understanding Good attention to detail Good communications and presentation skills An ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way Honesty and discretion Experience of managing a small team Experience of working in manufacturing is highly advantageous Studying toward CIMA or ACCA is advantageous
