Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their established practice based in Tunbridge Wells.

The role entails:

• Preparing statutory accounts for clients using client records 
• Preparing personal and corporation tax returns 
• Bookkeeping for clients 
• Preparing VAT returns

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience 

• AAT qualified 
• At least 3 years recent experience working in practice 
• Experience speaking with clients 
• Previous experience using Iris would be beneficial
• Previous experience using Sage, QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial 

The salary for this role is between £20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience 

This role will involve initially working from home 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• AAT qualified • At least 3 years recent experience working in practice • Experience speaking with clients • Previous experience using Iris would be beneficial • Previous experience using Sage, QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial
