Job Description

We are currently looking to expand our existing team. Our main business is manufacturing mobile homes and renting them via the Housing Benefit System.

We work closely with Councils throughout England and provide mobile homes to people on low income.

We require an experienced Management Accountant to assist us with the day to day running of our business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- day to day accounting duties - reporting on management accounts each month - cashflow - budgeting and forecasting - rental accounts reconciliations - correct allocation of rents and communication with the Councils and tenants regarding discrepancies - payroll including pension calculations - sole responsibility (5 employees) - knowledge of Jupix system or similar (beneficial) - very good user of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel - very good user of Xero accounting software - payments of subcontractors and net salaries - good communicator and a team player - able to confidently report to the shareholders - day to day posting of suppliers' invoices
