Main Tasks and Responsibilities· Prepare monthly management accounts and associated monthly management reporting pack;
· Liaise with teams in NY and Amsterdam to ensure financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries is accurate and timely.
· Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Group in accordance with group deadlines and policies;
· Ensure key balance sheet items are reconciled and understood;
· Work with Finance Assistant, providing guidance and training where necessary, to manage accounts receivable;
· Respond to ad hoc queries from directors and other stakeholders;
· Involvement in the annual budgeting process and in reforecasting activities;
· Prepare reporting packs for bi-annual talent meetings;
· Liaise directly with auditors to ensure relevant information is provided and annual audit is delivered on time;
· Assist with maintenance and implementation of financial controls;
· Process monthly payroll (via third party provider);
· Complete VAT returns;
· Prepare information for corporation tax returns and liaise directly with external advisers to ensure compliance obligations are met;
· Maintain FA register and lease amortisation schedule;
· Assist with effective cash management;
· Assist with systems testing and upgrades;
· Involvement in the management of joint venture projects;
