Your new company
A well-known UK food chain is looking for an interim senior financial accountant to assist in preparing for audit, as well as performing historic investigative work on previous audits. You will be working remotely.

Your new role
The senior financial accountant will prepare financial statements under UK GAAP for each entity, bring them to balance on the ledger and then consolidate the group entities. A strong audit mindset will be required in order to investigate historic balances and substantiate them. This is a great opportunity to support a strong finance leader following times of change in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong audit background, ideally from a Top 6 practice, as well as experience preparing financial statements under UK GAAP. You will need experience performing investigative work from an audit perspective, as well as strong balance sheet reconciliation experience.
