Job Description

The Apprentice who is successful in this position will have the opportunity to truly delve into the world of Business with the chance to gain an industry accredited qualification with full support and training towards the Business Administrator Level 3 standard.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Send emails to customers and other clients.
  • Speaking to customers on the phone and providing good level of service.
  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis
  • Identify outstanding account receivables
  • Reset Direct debit payments
  • Process payments and refunds.

Training to be provided:

The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates applying need to have at least 5 GCSE's or the Functional Skills Equivalent graded C and above including English and Math's. Enthusiastic and self - motivated individuals that can work independently. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Good organization skills. Driven to hit targets. Logical and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and to take responsibility. Can use own initiative. A thorough and organized approach. Ability to work with a range of internal and external people. Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Maintain productive, professional and secure working environment. As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3. On successful completion, you will receive: Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Math (if required). Level 3 in Business Administration.
