Job Description

Our client is looking for an Internal ISO Auditor who will be responsible for ISO 9001:2015 and conducting internal ISO14001:2015 audits.

This will include the maintenance and communication of all ISO documents within the business unit and the responsibility for conducting regular internal audits to ensure all departments are adhering to ISO procedures. In addition this role will co-ordinate, support and participate in ISO9001:2015 external audits.

This role will interact extensively with branch Compliance team, with a potential to move into Compliance in the future. 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Maintain all documentation for ISO9001 across the business unit

• Work with department managers to ensure their procedures are checked regularly and cross referenced correctly

• Support department managers to update documentation

• Conduct regular internal audits and ensure actions are followed up Co-ordinate, support & participate in ISO9001 external audits

• Work with department managers to ensure that external actions are completed and relevant notifications are sent

• Create quarterly management reports to demonstrate status of audits and actions

• Regularly review ISOs for proactive improvements 

• Attend quarterly Environmental Management Review Meetings (EMRM)

• Conduct ISO14001 internal audits across all sites to include EMS internal auditing.

• Support ISO14001 external audits

 • Keep up to date with requirements and changes to the accreditations

• Recommend and assist with implementation of new ISO accreditations such as ISO27001 and ISO27701

• Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communicator with great attention to detail • Ability to self-motivate and work with a positive attitude • Ability to build good working relationship with key stakeholders in the business • Experience as ISO internal auditor • IRCA QMS Internal Auditor or equivalent • Internal Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Auditor
