Job Description

Duties

  • General admin duties.
  • Allocation of maintenance jobs to the service team
  • Coordination with the hire desk for allocation of available equipment.
  • Processing of pre hire & off hire inspections.
  • Taking inbound calls to the depot.

Hours of work 09:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Motivated self-starter. Confident and friendly telephone manner. Ability to thrive under pressure. Strong organizer/ coordinator. High attention to detail. Confident with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Previous experience in administration is essential & in the Construction/Plant Hire sector would be an advantageous.
