Duties will include;
Submitting new business cases to back office and provider systems
Submitting and updating client tasks on provider platforms
Submitting details for fund switches and transfers
Use of Intelligent Office back office system
General administrative tasks - scanning, copying
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An administrative background in IFA admin / Financial Services is preferred. Previous experience of submitting client details to financial provider platforms. Team player. Good organizational skills.
