Job Description

Duties will include;

  • Submitting new business cases to back office and provider systems
  • Submitting and updating client tasks on provider platforms
  • Submitting details for fund switches and transfers
  • Use of Intelligent Office back office system
  • General administrative tasks - scanning, copying

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An administrative background in IFA admin / Financial Services is preferred. Previous experience of submitting client details to financial provider platforms. Team player. Good organizational skills.
