The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Preparing Advertising & Promotional actual spends to report to the marketing team, liaising with team to resolve any issues
Responsible for expenses on our Concur system including payments
Assist with HMRC reporting
Reconcile staff sales
Reconciling private bottling debtor receipts to invoices, liaising with the warehouse department to resolve any queries
Assist with cashflow preparation
