This role will include the use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word as well as admin tasks such as monitoring emails, record keeping, sending regular data updates and note taking. Other tasks include ensuring the testing service is stocked with appropriate equipment to ensure the smooth running of the service and placing stock orders where necessary. This role will also provide administration cover for the wider Admin team.
You will require a flexible approach to working in a service which regularly changes, with adaptable attitude to meet the requirements of service users while keeping calm under pressure.
