Administration with the fleet team (strong and accurate data entry)
To working with customers to ensure contracts are correctly loaded/updated to reflect physical fleet
Managing and resolving customer queries/problems
Managing and maintaining a database
Extensive customer service
Working to KPIs
Working to and adhering to service level agreements
Creating and delivering presentations within the business and customers
Producing regular reports using Excel and including the use of pivot tables
Benefits:
Temporary Position paying £10.76 per hour
This role will be around 6 months
Full time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience as a Fleet Administrator. Must have excellent Excel skills (including to be able to produce pivot tables). You will have strong customer service skills. Good Power Point knowledge. Excellent problem solving experience.
