Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Administration with the fleet team (strong and accurate data entry)
  • To working with customers to ensure contracts are correctly loaded/updated to reflect physical fleet
  • Managing and resolving customer queries/problems
  • Managing and maintaining a database
  • Extensive customer service
  • Working to KPIs
  • Working to and adhering to service level agreements
  • Creating and delivering presentations within the business and customers
  • Producing regular reports using Excel and including the use of pivot tables

Benefits:

  • Temporary Position paying £10.76 per hour
  • This role will be around 6 months
  • Full time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience as a Fleet Administrator. Must have excellent Excel skills (including to be able to produce pivot tables). You will have strong customer service skills. Good Power Point knowledge. Excellent problem solving experience.
