Job Description
In this is a busy and varied role you’ll be working closely with the internal Facilities team and wider Administration team. Your proactive nature will ensure that all administration relating to Facilities is kept up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for Facilities helpdesk queries and escalating to the Operations Manager / Operations Director as needed.
- Compiling, issuing, and updating the weekly/daily job sheets for the Facilities and Maintenance Technician (FMT) & Facilities Assistant (FA).
- Planning in PAT testing at both studios and keeping records ensuring items are tested annually/bi-annually as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Substantial experience working in an administrative or coordination position. IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification. Competent in MS Office, specifically Excel. Knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance and facilities Organization, detail orientated, proactive and excellent problem solving skills. Experience supporting a busy team.
