The role is pivotal in the sales department and is our face to customers on a daily basis as well as a direct support for the external sales team.
Day to day activity:
- Order entry - inputting orders on the system
Order acknowledgement and confirmation to customers plus chasing leads and sending quotes
Some internal account management
Data entry and some data control required
Complaint raising when required
Pricing and liaising with the external sales team including customer price list
Supporting the external sales team as and when required
Proactive team working throughout all departments
Hours are 8.00-5pm with a 30 minute lunch and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good Microsoft office skills in particular excel and use of outlook. Good communication and interpersonal skills including a good telephone manner. Ability to work as an individual as well as within a team.
