Job Description
Initially the role will be working on a temporary basis for 3 Months but has the potential to become permanent.
It is a great working environment and a really supportive team.
The working hours will be 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Main Duties:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Following up on quotations
- Liaising with transport companies
- Arranging for invoices to be processed
- Handling delivery queries
- Resolving problems and issues that may arise with orders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong IT and processing skills. Excellent customer Service. Team focused.
