Job Description

Initially the role will be working on a temporary basis for 3 Months but has the potential to become permanent.

It is a great working environment and a really supportive team.

The working hours will be 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Processing orders
  • Providing quotations
  • Following up on quotations
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Arranging for invoices to be processed
  • Handling delivery queries
  • Resolving problems and issues that may arise with orders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong IT and processing skills. Excellent customer Service. Team focused.
