Job Description

Weston Capital Services is a Litigation and Finance Firm operating internationally. We are looking for an Office Manager/Paralegal. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Starting salary 30-35 DOE

Litigation and finance firm operating internationally

  • Accounting software Quickbooks
  • Company start-up registration, VAT filings
  • Corporate and individual tax filings with HMRC
  • Legal background
  • Create monthly financial reports, including cash-flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Conduct monthly review of all management accounts
  • Oversee daily financial activities and ledger recordings of A/R, A/P
  • Help prepares end-of-quarter and FYE reports and statements for business and individual tax compliance
  • Meetings with managers during new project creation to prepare budgets, assess project finances, and improve existing financial processes
  • Advise CEO on purchasing and all other financial decisions
  • Provide any necessary outsourced accounting advice to auditors, including preparing accounting packages for small-businesses

Skills

Qualified Paralegal with Five or More Years Business Tax Experience, Strong Computer and Spreadsheet Skills, Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office, VAT Preparation and Filing, Bookkeeping Experience, Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Detail-Oriented, Strong Organizational skills, Travel Management for CEO, Time-Management and Current Knowledge of UK Tax Procedures.

Qualifications

Degree in Law with Accounting / Business Management and Office Manager or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Quickbooks ProAdvisor: 5 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 5 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
