Job Description

Following a number of very successful years, our client is continuing their organic growth as their construction team is receiving further instructions.

You’ll be working on mostly non-contentious construction matters. This will include: development and development finance work in commercial and residential property as well as mixed use schemes.

This is a great opportunity to work towards a Senior role in an entrepreneurial and busy firm.

• Working on a project from start through to completion
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and appointments
• Acting for a mix of developer and funder clients

You’ll be keen to establish long-lasting client relationships. As a Construction Solicitor you’ll be working with a broad client base, including: high net worth individuals, property developers, leisure, hotel and healthcare operators.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5-7 PQE as a Construction Solicitor Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales Familiar with standard form construction contracts Confident, self-starter who is capable of handling their own workload.
