As a Construction Sales Support you will be the interface between the company, sales team and the end user with key responsibilities including;

• Support the management of the demonstration fleet and demonstration process
• Support the sales team with the installation of own demonstration machines
• Deliver / install all demonstration machines
• Promote extended warranty and dealer service contracts where applicable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to demonstrate the highest level of industry specific knowledge/experience Previous PDI background and have the ability to operate a range of heavy plant Ability to tow a plant trailer Demonstrate excellent communication both internally and externally, throughout the entire sales and delivery process Be able to communicate professionally at all levels of seniority CPCS cards with a range of tickets on all plant Ensure customer contact levels are maintained throughout the demonstration experience
