Due to the excelled and continued growth of the Real Estate Department, the firm are now seeking a Senior Solicitor to support their highly regarded Construction arm.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Real Estate department with around 25 staff members including 5 Partners. The Construction arm of this department is in tier 2 of the legal 500. The department itself specialises in Construction, Dispute Resolution, Planning, and Environmental elements.

Caseload will involve both contentious and non-contentious elements, and include but not be limited to; advising on Construction documents, Industrial Development, Health Sector Development, development for Household named clients, and projects in transport and Infrastructure.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a 5 year PQE with extensive experience in Construction. Experience of business development will be to advantage Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential You should work within a team You will deal with an excellent quality of work Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
