Notifies payroll and other relevant parties of requests; confirms payment.
Updates case management tool and SHARP as needed by processes.
Provides requested SHARP HR and Payroll data/transactions to auditor.
Fulfils all the above duties with a high level of customer service.
Being accountable and taking ownership of own workload.
Building relationships with key stakeholders within supported population i.e. HR Managers, Recruitment, key line managers.
Working flexibly across other teams within the Shared Service Centre as volumes in the Centre fluctuate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in HR, global organization and/or shared service organization. Effectively organizing workload and the ability Customer-focused and detail orientated. Language Capability: Dutch. To multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes and changing priorities. Comfortable with technology and technical tools (e.g. case management tool, HR SAP). Excellent database and data skills.Computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project. Able to work under pressure and learn quickly.
