Speaking to customers regarding customers paperwork that is now needed for goods leaving the UK
Dealing with any customer complaints
Maintain reports for the warehouse
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Administration experience. Customs experience is desirable but not essential. Very strong computer skills as most of the job will be using a computer. Strong communication skills, as you will be speaking and emailing customers. Can work on their own or in a team.
