Job Description

You will be responsible for adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the other Partners to build the department further; ensuring future success for the existing team and the firm as a whole.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Construction including:

  • Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation
  • Providing practical and commercial advice at an early stage where projects are in distress
  • Interim and final payments disputes,
  • Professional negligence claims
  • and issues of delay and defective works to name a few

The team act for employers (Corporates and High net worth individuals), Construction professionals, Contractors and Sub-contractors and the successful candidate can look forward to a broad range of quality work across various sectors.

This rapidly expanding firm are open to hearing from ambitious Senior Lawyers looking to step up into a partnership role; or experienced Partners seeking a lateral move into a more exciting innovative and modern practice.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an experienced Construction Lawyer or Construction Partner with 6 years PQE Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair A transferable client base or contacts is highly advantageous
