This Top 50 Legal 500 firm is seeking a Construction Associate to join their office in Manchester.

The Manchester team forms an integral part of the national team which is made up of legal 500 recognised heavyweight construction lawyers who are at the top of their game.

The department has expertise across a wide array of sectors including Real Estate, Public Sector and Energy and Engineering.

Due to their national service line, you will work with notable clients and become a true specialist in the area.

The department is growing and expanded considerably last year with an increasing amount of high-level work, making now a very exciting time to join them.

Your caseload will be predominantly contentious construction matters including complex contractual issues, delay and disruption, defects, adjudication, litigation and ADR.

This role has the potential to develop rapidly; you will have supervisory responsibilities of junior members of the team and will help to continue to drive the department forwards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Construction Solicitor with 6 years PQE You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements You will have strong business development capabilities
