Job Description

We are looking to recruit an administration assistant to work within our busy Quality and Higher Education Department. The successful candidate will need to have excellent organizational skills, the ability to priorities conflicting deadlines and employ effective tracking and monitoring systems.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in the use of a variety of Microsoft Office Products, in particular Excel and Word, candidates need to work in an accurate and timely manner to produce professional communications and reports. Experience of minuting meetings is essential along with excellent communication skills.
