Job Description

They are looking for a Case Manager to join their busy Construction Company. This is a very interesting and fulfilling role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, highly organised and able to work in a high pressure environment.

Family run business who has over the last 20 years become a well-respected, highly professional building contractor covering the North of England.

Responsibilities

  • Creating all paperwork relating to the project file.
  • Applying for variations to the contact as necessary.
  • Liaising with surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring the contract runs to schedule.
  • Occasionally ordering materials.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications. Excellent communication skills, telephone / email / letter / face to face. Good attention to detail. Proactive attitude. Desire to progress. Able to cope in a high pressure environment. Full clean driving licence - required for occasional site visits. A prior knowledge of the construction industry or materials would be an advantage.
