They are looking for a Case Manager to join their busy Construction Company. This is a very interesting and fulfilling role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, highly organised and able to work in a high pressure environment.
Family run business who has over the last 20 years become a well-respected, highly professional building contractor covering the North of England.
Responsibilities
Creating all paperwork relating to the project file.
Applying for variations to the contact as necessary.
Liaising with surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
Ensuring the contract runs to schedule.
Occasionally ordering materials.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications. Excellent communication skills, telephone / email / letter / face to face. Good attention to detail. Proactive attitude. Desire to progress. Able to cope in a high pressure environment. Full clean driving licence - required for occasional site visits. A prior knowledge of the construction industry or materials would be an advantage.
