The work that the Construction department does is broad, they are a top tier firm in London. This role will involve dealing with Non-Contentious work.

The department deals with a broad client base, across sectors including commercial, residential and leisure. The types of client within those sectors (and others) include developers, funds and other institutional investors, occupiers and high net worth individuals. The wider team also have experience in acting for contractors and consultants.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Construction Solicitor with between 1-3 PQE (Non-Contentious) You will ideally have qualified from a City or West End practice (although applications will still be considered from a regional heavyweight background) This role comes with excellent prospects for progression You will have a meticulous eye for detail Excellent communication skills are key Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
