Job Description
This client base is highly successful within the property sector, and therefore experience/interest in this area would be ideal!
Main duties include:
- Answering the telephone (re-directing calls & taking messages)
- Administration
- Responding to enquiries
- Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally in order to redirect any problems
- Email inbox management- answering incoming queries and multitasking effectively
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactive/a “can-do” attitude. Good telephone manner. Attention to detail. Previous experience within administration is desirable, but not essential. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
