The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of clients, covering a variety of funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. Project sectors include mixed use developments, housing developments, energy and renewables, infrastructure, retail and office development to make for a very interesting role.

You will work on a range of non-litigated matters such as the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, initial procurement and strategic advice on risks following completion.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Construction Solicitor with 6 years PQE You will be used to dealing with a non-contentious caseload The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients Excellent communication skills You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
