Job Description
This is a full time, permanent position and office based with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, however flexibility is required for additional hours and weekend work. You will also learn other areas of the business to create a stronger working team.
Duties:
- Answer customer queries across eBay and website platforms.
- Keep customers informed of order status.
- Answer phone calls to assist customers.
- Create and update stock listings across eBay and website platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Attention to detail is key. General math and English skills. High level of verbal communication and people skills. Ability to use computers and software. Some knowledge of online marketplaces essential.
