Job Description

You will with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, professional team funders and tenants. You will cover a varied and interesting contentious and non-contentious caseload consisting of lease and funding agreements, bank and surety bonds, building contracts, collateral warranties, insurance issues, negotiation and adjudication. The sheer variety of work will allow you to work on multi million-pound cases.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Construction team in a friendly and supportive environment.

This opportunity comes with excellent prospects for progression as it is an emergent role to support the firm's growing Construction caseload; senior positions at the firm are well within reach for the right candidate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will ideally be 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may still be considered) You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills A meticulous eye for detail You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements You will have strong business development capabilities.
