Skills & experience:
Strong technical underwriting skills with a proven track record of operating within an established Casualty authority (internal only - Level D ideally working towards Level C.)
Experience in writing Casualty Construction risks will be advantageous, but is not essential.
Experience in the commercial market and excellent trading skills.
Track record as a confident negotiator.
DIP CII or progression towards.
Construction market/product awareness.
