The Construction team provide advice covering the entire spectrum of construction and engineering work from major regeneration schemes, infrastructure projects, distribution, leisure and retail schemes, education, manufacturing, sporting facilities and new build housing.
This role would be a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work. The increased demand will allow you to cherry pick the work you would like to focus on to allow you to naturally progress into a specialism. This would of course be of great use to an Associate that would like to broaden their focus, initially.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (There is no upper limit to level of PQE and I urge even the most experienced to apply) You will either be coming from a reputable firm A meticulous eye for detail is essential You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
