Job Description

As a secretary in the care team, you will support allocated fee earners to ensure high client standards are achieved by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Your previous experience, together with being highly organized and proactive in the management of correspondence, telephone calls and financial information, will help you build trust and rapport with the fee earners you support, others within the firm, and our clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role requires secretarial experience and advanced level IT skills in Microsoft Office, together with familiarity in other IT systems such as digital dictation. You must have experience of working in a busy private client department of a legal firm; knowledge and experience of childcare and legal aid is essential. You will also have a confident manner, excellent organization, and diary management and communication skills.
