Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to assist our busy Marketing Managers with the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities
To provide accurate and efficient administrative support to our busy Marketing team.
Creation of marketing materials. E.g. email newsletters, web pages and social media campaigns
Co-ordination of marketing work requests.
Updating of retailer websites, social channels and any digital real estate – both at a group and brand levels-Sourcing quotes from suppliers
Liaising with external agencies and customers regarding marketing and events.

Working hours
The hours of work for the role will be 8:30am – 6pm from Monday to Friday (some weekend and evening hours may be required for events)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting at all levels. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus a working knowledge of social media outlets would be an advantage Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Able to work in a team as well as alone.
